"Overall, this has been a fabulous treadmill. I bought it expecting my wife and I to use it only a couple of days per week. We've really become fitness-minded and it has been used almost daily for the past several months. No issues with the treadmill itself. Despite being an entry-level model, it has worked out great. My two petty gripes would be that the heart-rate monitor is inaccurate (as compared to my professional wearable monitor) and the fan, while cute, doesn't provide much airflow. "I did my homework before purchasing a treadmill - Smooth Fitness was in the Top Tier 1 brands. The 6.75 is a very stable machine and very quiet. Quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. I recommend the full-service delivery - the men did a great job setting it up. I just had to turn it on. I have some issues with my legs from a serious injury years ago. "My wife and I purchased a Smooth 7.35i Treadmill for Christmas. It arrived on time and had easy directions and was very easy to put together. After the first month of use we started to notice a squeeking noise from the platform. We called customer service and although it took some time to actually get a hold of a customer service rep., we eventually did and a service call was quickly set up and we are now squeek free. "I recently purchased the Smooth Fitness Treadmill 7.35. Great machine. I had an issue w/ it squeaking. Customer service resolved it.
